Our Guest Experience Expert - Yanet has been with us from the very beginning. (nearly 11 years). Yanet makes sure you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Whether a friendly greeting or helping you plan your perfect day, she is always there to jump in and make sure you feel extra special and right at home. Yanet is the one organizing and planning your delicious meals and appetizers. She's the one making sure your kitchen is equipped and stocked and that your beds are the freshest most delightful smelling in the entire town. She is truly the Casa Manager (she knows ALL of the ins and outs of all 3 Casas). She can help you with specific and special requests and she has a great team helping her - her sisters and Felipe's sisters: Marina, Socorro and Sani.

Felipe

Felipe is our esteemed Senior Boat Captain and Lead Excursionist for our team. He has an amazing group of Co-Captains - Edson and Gabiel who assist him. Felipe has also been with us from the very beginning. He helps you arrive and depart safely with smile on his face and ensures your adventure activities are planned and organized. He will guide you through the most amazing fishing trips and boat excursions to our nearby islands and villages. Felipe leads our casa maintenance and pool teams. He's our amigo of "all Trades" and we're so blessed to have him. 

Socorro

Socorro - A Hospitality Conosur works alongside Yanet to keep the casas looking clean, organized and meticulously neat and beautiful. Socorro's warmth and care are felt from the moment that you arrive. She often will assist Yanet with preparing meals and appetizers as well as assisting with events and retreats held at the Casas. 

Yael

Yael - Casa beauty and pool maintenance, He is also the master of the Jardins! (The Garden Master) He keeps our casa gardens and plants looking fresh and beautiful. Hés creative, cheerful and always willing to help. You will often see him on the pier when you arrive ready to assist you with your luggage and show you to the casa. 

Edson

Edson is a skilled Boat Caption and Fisherman who will assist you with transportation, fishing and other excursions. Edson makes sure our guests have fun, and that every detail is just right. His hard work, dedication, and good humor keep everything organized and running smoothly. 

Marina

Marina also works alongside Yanet. Marina with a warm spirit and an eye for detail helps keep the casas clean and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make sure our guests feel comfortable from the minute they arrive. She is always eager to help and we all appreciate her thoughtfulness.

Gabriel

Gabriel is the friendly face behind so many special touches and is a bright presence every day. He assists Felipe with transportation, fishing and excursions, He is as available to help quests with their casa and travel needs. He will also assist with casa errands such as replacing the large water jugs and helping with luggage.

Sani

Sani is an amazing assistant to Yanet. She keeps the casas clean, organized and also helps to prepare meals when requested. She is around for your casa needs with a cheerful smile, and she is eager to assist you.
