"The owners contacted us before arrival to talk about expectations and tips including where to eat and local connections for activities. The layout of this home was open & spacious with expansive views from almost every part of the property to the river, beach or jungle. Perfect altitude for awesome bird viewing, beach and access to the pueblo. The accommodations surpassed our expectations with modern amenities, utilities and comfort. Nice artistic decor. "A Hidden Gem - gorgeous view, awesome house! Casa Flourish is a really cool place! It offers breath taking views and all of the comforts of a private, open-air house on the beach! The location is perfect... short walk to beach, close to town for the market and restaurants, next door to a clinic and easy access to the trails to the waterfalls. Our kids loved the pool and exploring all around. It felt very safe there. The owners were great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. Felipe and Yanet take great care of you while you are there as well! Felipe will take you on great excursions and you have to request Yanet make you some ceviche!! "The most relaxing vacation I've ever experienced - every day we looked at one another and said, Wow! This is the best vacation ever!! Two families (with two children each) shared this space beautifully. The open layout made us feel connected but not on top of each other.... the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable... the pool was a bigger than I expected and great fun for adults and children alike. The views from the house were absolutely gorgeous, and we enjoyed the sounds of the crashing waves below and the birds/iguanas/coatis that lived in the trees and brush nearby. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a terrific meal (gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, large fridge), but we took a vacation from cooking and enjoyed the delicious offerings in the village and the beach. We loved walking everywhere and the fact that there are no cars... The owners were extremely helpful in planning our trip and stocked our fridge before we arrived so we could make our margaritas and snack on delicious banana bread as soon as we arrived after a long day of travel. I really can't say enough wonderful things about this place.... it was a perfect place to relax and get away from it all, and just "be" with our family and friends. " We had a wonderful stay in Yelapa. It was our first time to Yelapa, and Jay helped us organize a private boat to town from a marina close to the airport. The house is also only a minute or so from the town pier. The view from the house was unbeatable, waking up every morning was a delight, and watching sunset in the evenings was amazing as well. "What a special spot! We had the best week at Casa Journey that started with a private boat ride into Yelapa, included a stocked fridge with homemade ceviche, guacamole and salsa. The home was pristine, cleaned as requested and we even enjoyed a homemade meal one night. The views never got old and any help we needed from finding the local market to arranging a fishing trip were addressed quickly. "Photos don't do the casa justice. Beautiful views and casa has everything you could want. Felipe and Yanet were always there and available for anything we needed. Yanet stocked us with groceries for our arrival and the casa was very clean. Arrange for a private taxi from Marina del Rey with Felipe, so worth. it. "The nicest place to stay in Yelapa! Our only regret is that more of our family couldn't have been there to enjoy the accommodations. Casa Flourish was clean, spacious, and ideally located. The air-conditioned bedrooms were a perfect complement to the open kitchen and common areas. Each bedroom has a private deck with incredible views of the beach and bay! Jay and Annie have created an incredible space for families to vacation in one of the most relaxing locations in Mexico. The views were breathtaking, and the house was perfectly located. Yelapa was the perfect place for us to spend the week with our two toddlers. "We stayed a few days in Yelapa on a recent trip and got lucky to find Casa Palmas! The home was GORGEOUS and fit our big group of 7 without issues. The AC units worked great and kept us cool during the night. Let's be real, we spent most our daytime on the balcony and rooftop when we weren't roaming about the town. The views and sounds of the ocean right outside your door!? Yes, please! I drank my coffee outside every morning with the most beautiful view of the beach and the town. So peaceful! There was so much to do around town and the best places to eat!!! Felipe and Yanet (and their team) were amazing and she's a phenomenal cook if you hire her!
